When you place an order, your card is charged in GBP immediately, not at the time of shipment. Payment in full is required before your order is dispatched.

Refunds

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Refunds are generally processed within 14 business days and returned to your original payment method.
